Round trip Loen Skylift - the mountain Skålatårnet - Lodalskåpa | Bre og Fjell

On day 0, you will meet your guide the night before for a briefing where we will make the final preparations for the trip. You can also book an add-on preparation day.

Dag 1 starter med tidlig avgang fra Loen Skylift og kan by på mange høydemeter med flott skikjøring i på vei mot Skålatårnet, men du må også forvente å gå opp minimum 1700 høydemeter denne dagen. Om forholdene ikke ligger tilrette for denne etappen, vil vi gå den vanlige ruten til Skåla fra parkeringen ved Tjugen (se beskrivelse for Skåla).

Day 2 we move further into the mountains past Tindefjella towards Bødalssætra. This day has many possibilities! The guide can arrange several great descents, or the most possible experience high in the glacier landscape. If the conditions are good, we can also make an attempt to climb the iconic Lodalskåpa. If Lodalskåpa is one of the goals, you can expect a very long day!

The tour takes place in the amazing Jostedalsbreen National Park!

Book an add-on day?
Would you like to be better prepared for this trip, or extend it with an extra ski day? As an add-on, you can book a simple preparation day the day before, where we review important elements such as avalanche rescue, glacier rescue, optimization of equipment and contents in a backpack, skiing technique and more. Alternatively, you can book an extension of the trip where we use day 3 for a trip where the conditions are best. The best thing about such a day is that it can function as a weather day to get better conditions on the main trip itself.
