Start from the cairn near Saudahallen in the center of Sauda and follow the marked trail. From Kvile, you'll have a nice view of Åbødalen and Espeland, and from Rundehaugen, you can see most of Sauda. At the top, there is a cabin, a bench, a logbook, and a map. Feel free to take an additional 15-minute detour to Tjødnane (swimming opportunities) and to Vakthytta with a fantastic view overlooking the fjord. The additional trail is marked with red.

Rundehaugen - hike
From Rundehaugen (480 masl) you can see the most of Sauda in Ryfylke. At the top there is a cabin, bench, book and a map.
