Rush trampoline park Bergen

In our park you can practice jumps and tricks, throw yourself onto air bags from tall towers, play basketball or dodgeball on trampoline courts, football, handball and the like on our multisport arena, check out our exhilarating slides, and battle like a gladiator. With us, everyone is challenged – regardless of age and skill set.

We have different events in our park, among them are Voksensprett on Thursdays from 20.00-21.00 where the park is reserved only for adults, Rush After Dark on Fridays from 20.00-22.00 with a real party vibe, and Minisprett (0-6 years old with parents) Saturdays and Sundays from 09.00-10.00. We recommend you book online before you arrive as the park can be fully booked at times. Apart from Minisprett, our age restriction is 3+ years old.

We are more than happy to receive groups of various sizes – if this is something you're looking for, the easiest way to set it up is to call us or send us an email. When you do, we will help you get the ultimate trampolining experience, tailored to your needs.

We are located a bit outside the city centre, but thankfully it's easy to get here: use the light rail (Bybanen) towards the airport (Flesland) and exit on the stop called Kokstad. When you get here, you'll definitely see where you're going! The light rail takes less than 40 minutes from the city centre (Byparken) to Kokstad.
