The festival is held at Christian Gaard Bygdetun in the village Trandal. The place is owned and driven by the family Storeide, who are famous through national tv and media. This is a uniqe tourist place and party venue. Christin Gaard Bygdetun is famous for their hospitality, food and the wonderful surrounding nature. You would want to come back!
The Country festival is a bit different then other festivals, because it's held in a village with no road access. To get here you would either have to walk or travel by sea. It is possible to camp here! Take the ferry from Sæbø or Standal, or wait for the passenger boat that goes directly to the festival area.
Trandal Country festival vipes dust of old country voices as well as presenting new artists. A uniqe festival were the audience and artists mingle together.
