Trolltunga Autumn Go Viking is a guided autumn experience for those who want to discover Trolltunga when the mountains show their rawest and most authentic side - with autumn colors, snow, ice, and magnificent views toward Ringedalen and Folgefonna.

The hike starts from P2 in Skjeggedal, and from the very first climb you’ll feel that this is a tour that requires effort. Along the way, it may be necessary to use crampons for parts of the hike, while the sound of ice beneath your feet, crisp mountain air, and changing weather set the scene for the day.

Once you arrive, Trolltunga awaits in its winter setting, high above the partly frozen Lake Ringedalsvatnet. On the iciest days, it may not be safe to step out onto the rock ledge itself, but the guides will find alternative and beautiful photo spots that still give you a complete mountain experience.

This is the hike for those who want a more adventurous Trolltunga experience than the classic summer route. In autumn, conditions can change quickly, and snow or ice can make the hike more challenging - but with professional guides, local knowledge, and safe support, you get to experience the Norwegian autumn mountains at their most alive.
