We will stroll inbetween small pittoresque homes and boathouses that makes up the beachdveller settlemet at Vikøyri.The tour will include a taste of the local speciallity, "gamalost" which is a cheese that has its origin in vikingtimes. The local dairy is the only dairy in Norway producing this cheese today. Along with the cheese You will be served a raspberrry juice. Vik municipality produces approxemately 25% of all rasberries in Norway

Det lokale meieriet er i dag det einaste meieriet i landet som produserer denne unike, tradisjonsrike osten. Saman med osten blir du servert bringebærjuice frå Vik. I Vik kommune blir omlag 25% av all bringebær for konsum i Noreg produsert.
