Winter Fjordsafari & Ægir Viking Dinner

Experience the magic Norwegian winter fjords with us! We use open RIB boats with a maximum of 12 guests, ensuring a personal experience and a chance to get close to small snow covered villages and frozen waterfalls along the way. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery, stories, tales and history shared by your personal guide. Bring your family, colleagues or friends as we take you closer to nature while spotting for wildlife.
On this magical Winter Fjordsafari you get to experience the UNESCO listed Aurlandsfjord and halv of Nærøyfjorden. Our turning point is Styvi, and on the way back we stop in the charming village Undredal. There we will find our local host that will serve something warm to drink and give you a little insight to the life in this small village known for its goat cheese. If you find your favorite goat cheese in Undredal, it is possible to purchase cheeses before departure.

We will provide you with all the necessary gear for a safe and comfortable experience on the fjords. This includes floatation suit, life vest, hat, gloves, and goggles. Please dress warm as the temperatures on the fjord will be very low during the winter months. Continue your evening at the Ægir Brewpub. Here you will be served Ægir's Viking Dinner, a 5-course beer and food plank that consists of smoked reindeer, shellfish, fish and shellfish soup, pork shank and dark chocolate ganache cake. The plank is served with 5 unique Ægir-beers that compliments the differents dishes.
