If you want a very special experience, Sabi Sushi offers Omakase. Sabi Omakase received one star in Guide Michelin Nordic in 2017 and is the second Michelin restaurant in Stavanger. The star was maintained in 2018, 2019 and 2020! A few hundred meters outside the centre of Stavanger, on the city's east end, "Oyakata" sushi master, Roger Asakil Joya and the other founders of the chain Sabi Sushi, run Norway's perhaps most exclusive sushi restaurant. In the restaurant, there is room for 10 guests. You sit around the bar and get to watch sushi master Asakil Joya stock sushi in a frenzy. Guests are always served the best ingredients the sushi master can obtain. Sushi is served in a way not previously done in Norway. Book your table 7 months in advance!

Sabi Omakase
Sabi Omakase was the first sushi restaurant to receive Michelin status in Norway! Sushi master Roger Asakil Joya creates pieces of art on a plate from Norwegian ingredients. A delight for both the eye and the palate.
