Alash Ensemble consists of some of the finest performers from the legendary Republic of Tuva in Siberia. Goosebumps come quickly when experiencing their throat singing and their mastery of traditional flutes, jaw harps, drums, and string instruments. Alash tours all over the world, and we at Columbi Egg are thrilled to present them to the Bergen audience.
Bjørn Tomren has for many years been fascinated by Tuvan throat singing and is a great admirer of Alash Ensemble. He will open the evening with a short solo set – and then, who knows what might happen.
