A town unlike any other
Kardemomme town is not like other towns – here we meet Police Chief Bastian and his wife, strict Aunt Sofie, little Kamomilla, Tobias in the tower, barber Sørensen, tram driver Syversen, the master baker – and not least the three mischievous robbers Kasper, Jesper and Jonatan.
They even have a real lion with them, which makes the townspeople a little extra wary.
A show for the whole family
Torbjørn Egner's beloved story has delighted generations with its quirky characters, funny ideas and warm message of friendship and tolerance. After being seen by over 25,000 audience members around the country, the show is finally returning to Festiviteten – ready to thrill young and old alike.
A magnificent production
Directed by Robin A. Eriksen, with choreography by Liv Natalie Nymo and set design based on Thorbjørn Egner's original drawings, the audience is treated to a genuine Kardemomme experience. The music, costumes and stage design bring Egner's universe to life in a way that both evokes nostalgia and creates magic for new generations.
This will be a joyful reunion with one of Norway's most popular family shows – full of humour, excitement and warmth.
