PopUp Norway is currently in Stranda, where they have invited some of the country's finest chefs to join them. Over the course of 8 weeks, 8 different chef teams from 8 different restaurants will present 8 unique menus!

PopUp Stranda 7-10-course tasting menu
Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 6:00 PM, the chefs will serve their specialties along with local ingredients, creating a unique 7-10 course dining experience. Together with their sommelier, they will offer an alternative wine pairing to complement the menu.
PopUp Stranda 3-course local menu
On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 7:00 PM, a local 3-course menu will be served, prepared by their PopUp chef. An optional wine menu will be available for this selection.
PopUp Stranda Afternoon Tea
Every Sunday and Wednesday during the period, they will offer a classic Afternoon Tea prepared with local products. It includes both savory and sweet items, along with fine tea. Guests also have the option to purchase sparkling wine or wine, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
