Restaurant Bolette is named after Bolette Helmers Olsen – the woman who, at the end of the 19th century, laid the foundation for hotel operations in Florø and built the first hotel on the same site where Victoria Hotel stands today.
Restaurant Bolette’s motto is “easy – planet – enjoy”. With these words, they want to convey that Bolette should be a natural and social meeting place for any occasion. It should be easy to stop by, whether for coffee, cocktails, or dinner.
Bolette is committed to sustainability and aims to do its part to take care of both people and nature. But most importantly, through great food and drinks, delightful music, and a warm atmosphere, they always ensure that guests have a wonderful time here.
Event Venue – Fru Helmers
In a secluded cellar that was once used as a linen storage room, Bolette now has its own private event venue: Fru Helmers. Fru Helmers is also named after Bolette Helmers Olsen.
Fru Helmers is a place for those truly special occasions. Here, food and drink take center stage, and Bolette offers everything from wine tastings and tapas to fine dining with accompanying wine pairings. The event space is completely private and has a capacity of 20 people.
