The food
The café offers a range of high-quality salads, lunch waffles, sandwiches, soups, homemade smoothies, kombucha and juices, as well as organic ice cream from Hardanger. Tre Stuer doesits utmost to ensure everyone can find something tasty for lunch, or on a coffee break in town. If you prefer something sweet, Tre Stuer has a good selection of RAW cakes based on healthy ingredients, and without refined sugar. And their coffee is excellent! They mainly use oat milk as a base, but ask if you want another option for your latte, cappuccino or cortado.
The environment
Tre Stuer café is situated in an old listed house in Strandgaten, where three consecutive living rooms have been repurposed into a welcoming café with a great atmosphere and fantastic staffready to serve you. Tre Stuer also has a nice covered backyard, where you can enjoy your coffee, or you can explore their secret garden, and see where they grow herbs and edible flowers for their dishes.

Tre Stuer is a café owned by Uni-K AS. The company Uni-K AS provides work for people who are otherwise excluded from ordinary working life. Their café is a social arena where they establish good contact with their customers. Employees from all departments work together in the café, creating unity and a great atmosphere!
