Gaptrast

Gaptrast is centrally located at Baneveien 16 in Bergen, offering a dining experience that is ambitious, creative, and full of surprises. Here, you’ll encounter flavours that elevate the finest local ingredients from Western Norway. Deservedly awarded its first Michelin star in 2025, Gaptrast presents a menu crafted by head chef Kristian Vangen—featuring complex dishes that engage all the senses, served in stunning surroundings.

Gaptrast is a gastronomically ambitious experience, highlighting the best of Bergen´s natural bounty. Gaptrast was awarded a Michelin star in 2025.

Lysverket

Lysverket, located inside the KODE 4 art museum, is led by renowned chef Christopher Haatuft. The restaurant has held its Michelin star since 2021 and focuses on local ingredients—like fresh seafood and hand-picked scallops. A modern and minimalist interior creates an inviting and relaxed atmosphere around the ten-course tasting menu, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the exciting dishes and the complete culinary experience.
