Stord has a rich cultural scene, and beautiful scenery.
At the kiosk in the Stord kulturhus at Leirvik, (cultural center) you can get good information.
SUMMER OPENING HOURS (22 June – 13 August 2026):
Open Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:45 until 2:30 PM. Closed for the remainder of the day. Wed - friday open until 19:00.
Saturdays: Closed. Sundays they open av 15:00.
There is a library at the Kulturhus. When open, they can also help you.
