PopUp Norge sets up temporary restaurants with fine dining in venues out of the ordinary. Popup Norge invites master chefs, using local ingredients, placing a strong focus on beverages, and, above all, hospitality.

The restaurant experience is meant to be combined with storytelling. Therefore, location is crucial for the project. From February 12th to April 6th, 2024, a PopUp restaurant will be hosted at Skinkerådhuset in Stranda.

They have invited some of the country's best chefs to participate, and over the course of 8 weeks, 8 different chef teams from 8 different restaurants will present 8 different menus.
