Along the path, try your luck at fishing in the fjord or explore the Vaulen beach on nice summer days there are good possibilities for swimming. Further south, you will see the "skjeve tårn" (the leaning tower) a tower in concrete that was built as a test, to see if it was possible to build a 60-meters-high tower with an inclination of 60 degrees . In this area, concrete platforms were built over a period of about 20 years. Now you will find offices and apartments here as well as the local football team, Viking's football stadium.
