Discover the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord on a scenic 2-hour cruise, explore the Viking Village in Gudvangen, and visit the charming village of Flåm on a full-day tour from Bergen, with lunch, coffee, and freshly made pastry included.
We begin the day with a scenic bus ride from Bergen through mountains, valleys, fjords, and small villages, while your guide shares stories about the region. After a short stop near Dale, we continue to the beautiful Tvindefossen waterfall (visited on the return trip from June 1 to August 31).
We then visit the Viking Village in Gudvangen, where you can explore traditional buildings, crafts, and weapons and learn about Norway’s Viking heritage in an authentic fjord setting.
The tour continues to Flåm, followed by a fjord cruise on the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord. As we sail between narrow passages, steep cliffs, and waterfalls, you’ll experience one of Norway’s most dramatic fjord landscapes.
Back in Gudvangen, the afternoon program varies by season. From May 1 to August 31, we visit the historic Stalheim Hotel for coffee and fresh Norwegian waffles with panoramic valley views. Outside of the summer season, we enjoy coffee and pastry at a cozy fjordside café before heading toward Voss.
We return to Bergen in the evening after a full day of fjords, waterfalls, Viking culture, and spectacular scenery — a perfect introduction to Western Norway.

From June 1st to August 31st, the order of some of the stops is slightly different because the boat departs one hour earlier from Gudvangen. All stops have the same duration.
