A visit to Flor & Fjære at the small island Sør-Hidle starts with a pleasant boat trip. It will take 30 minutes by boat before you disembark amongst a sea of flowers at Flor & Fjære.
On arrival at the island, their guides are ready to show you the beauty of the gardens and share their secrets and history. The garden tour will give you insight into 3 generations' passion.
Dinner is served in the restaurant after your garden tour. The chef presents a delicate, fresh dinner inspired by all the corners of the world, starting with his famous fish soup.
The season runs from mid-May to mid-September and is open Monday through Saturday. Sunday is closed. All visits must be booked in advance or follow their regular departures. The boat departs from Bekhuskaien quay at Fiskepiren in Stavanger.
