Gullsmedhytta in Ålfoten

Gullsemdhytta is a small cabin beautifully located in the Ålfotbreen landscape protection area. The hike there is long and demanding, and it is recommended to go with acquaintances or experienced guides. Along the way you will see the spectacular mountain shelves and the dramatic geology that characterizes the entire Ålfot glacier area. The cabin is situated beautifully by a waterfall and a lake. The area is a protected conservation area so do research on the rules for hiking in a protected area before going.
