Nestled in the heart of Bergen, JM Atelier is just 50 meters from the Fløibanen funicular. The cozy and welcoming space, with its charming flower-painted doors and a lovely square adorned by a magnolia tree, invites you into an inspiring artistic haven.
Meet your instructor
Joanna has been living and creating in Bergen for several years, now in her own studio. A member of the Polish Watercolor Society, she is passionate about watercolor and acrylic painting, as well as mokuhanga and ceramics.
Her journey in art began in high school, and during her university years, she shared her knowledge by teaching future students at the Gdańsk University of Technology and the Academy of Fine Arts.
Joanna's artistic approach focuses on textures, gradients, contrasts, and the search for color harmony. Her watercolors are rich in detail and ornamentation, striving to create a realistic yet beautified image of reality.
