After a 20-minute minibus ride to Steinsfjellet, the tour continues on foot to Kringsjå Farm, which offers great views, local history and a close encounter with wild sheep. For many, one of the highlights of the trip is experiencing the wild sheep that gather when the farmer calls to them. This fun and charming experience is popular with both adults and children. Apple cake and coffee are served before the tour ends with a visit to Norway's only national monument, Haraldshaugen, and The Rising Tide sculptures by Jason deCaires Taylor. Kringsjå Farm is run by a local foundation and this tour helps to support the preservation of this important cultural heritage.

Where is the meeting point for the tour?
The meeting point is at Viking Adventure’s quay in Fløttmannsgata; it is a 300-metre walk from the cruise quay at Garpaskjær. Please note that this is also the meeting point if you are visiting Haugesund by means other than a cruise, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Please ensure you are there at least 10 minutes before departure.
Conditions for cancellation
For a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours before the start date. This experience requires a minimum number of participants. In case of cancellation due to too few participants, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
If you come to Haugesund by cruise, Viking Adventure also offers a refund if the cruise ship does not arrive at the harbour, or if the arrival/departure time changes significantly.
