Through various eras and changing conditions, Grand Hotel Egersund has grown and flourished. Today, the hotel illustrates various architectural approaches and styles, such as the Dragon and Swiss styles from the late 1800s, the functionalist style from the 1930s, and more recent adaptive architecture. In recent years, six neighbouring buildings have been incorporated and carefully restored. The hotel consists of 10 beautiful buildings, a total of 100 hotel rooms and its own restaurant. The hotel is located in the centre of the wooden town of Egersund.
