Molinå Bakery

is a small sourdough bakery with a nice cafe. Here they are grinding their flour on a small mill placed in the middle of the bakery. They are serving a selection of delicious lunch dishes that varies according to the season. Also, try their lovely cinnamon buns, irresistible brownies, and a nice cup of coffee.

Norvina Mat

is an Asian grocery store with a selection of typical Asian finger food for takeaway. Tasty, Chinese spring rolls, fried chicken wings, satay skewers, meatballs, fried rice, etc. Perfect when you just want to pop in and pick up something or if you are travelling on a low budget.

High-quality burgers

Hekkan Burger

serves what many believe are the best hamburgers in the city and for good reason. Only locally produced ingredients from Jæren, homemade sauces and dressings are used here. Pleasant service and a likeable, rustic room with a good atmosphere.

Japanese ramen

Kansui

is the name of a quite new ramen restaurant in Langgata, just a few steps from the intersection between Pedersgata and Nytorget. Here you eat well, and like a Japanese from low seats, slurp the lovely, powerful noodle soup and leave when you're done. On the menu, there are three varieties of ramen, two types of beer and a small selection of non-alcoholic drinks.
