KANT® is a reflection of Jæren! KANT is a small, local clothing brand inspired by Jæren. Jæren, Jaðarr in Norse, means "edge".
Shop in Fargegaten
KANT® was established in 2013 and opened its own shop in 2014 at the beginning of Fargegaten in Stavanger. Here, you will find clothing, accessories and other products featuring KANT®’s own designs.
The designs are created by KANT® and screen-printed by hand on clothing and caps in the workshop inside the shop. Woollen hats and jumpers are knitted by the family using 100% Norwegian wool from Sandnes Garn. KANT®’s silver jewellery and rings are designed in-house and made locally by a jeweller in Bryne.
Local design and craftsmanship
KANT® is characterised by a clean, timeless style, with designs inspired by Stavanger, Jæren and Norway. The shop also sells porcelain cups produced locally by Figgjo and enamel cups featuring KANT®’s own designs.
