Sirkus Renaa was founded by Torill and Sven Erik Renaa, best known for the three Michelin-starred restaurant RE-NAA. Sven Erik Renaa has won Norway’s Chef of the Year competition twice, led the Norwegian National Culinary Team to Olympic gold in 2008, and published several critically acclaimed cookbooks. Sirkus Renaa is built on the same values that have made the Renaa name renowned: quality, craftsmanship and exceptional ingredients – presented in a more playful, approachable and accessible way.
