The geopark is part of a network of 140 UNESCO Global Geoparks across 40 different countries on five continents. Although the foundation of a geopark is geology, it is the people who are at the heart of it and who truly make up the geopark!

Magma Geopark has 46 sites selected for their unique geology and/or cultural heritage. You can visit all these sites on your own. If you want to get more out of your trips, Magma Geopark offers guided tours with certified guides throughout the geopark. You can then, for example, experience:

  • exclusive access to mines
  • hidden natural treasures
  • climbing on the Migaren Via Ferrata
  • city walks
  • Magma Geopark by bike, GEObike tour
