Apal Sideri in Ryfylke

Visit Apal Sideri in Ryfylke, a small farm with a long tradition. Here, 13th generation farmer Dan Olav Sæbø makes apple juice and cider from fruit grown on his own land. He also has his own farm shop in the yard. If you book a tasting, you will not only get to taste the products, but also hear the story behind them, meet the producer and experience the cidery up close. Completely private, just for your travel group. A tasty farm experience in Ryfylke awaits you, so all you have to do is book!

Apal Sideri near Hjelmelandsvågen, Ryfylke, produces apple juice and apple cider. You can join a guided tour of the apple orchard, taste the products and visit the farm shop.

Microbrewery and restaurant in Etne

In the small village of Etne, about an hour's drive from Haugesund, you will find Fugl Fønix Hotel and Restaurant. Here you can enjoy a varied à la carte menu with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients, and the hotel brews its own beer in its own microbrewery. An informal and tasty stop that is perfect for those who want to combine good food with local brews.
