The Atlantic Road

Fishing from the Atlantic Road

Meet Olgunn Johansen. She has been fishing from the fantastic Atlantic Road for 20 years. The Atlantic Road is known as ”The Road in the Ocean”, with seven bridges that allows the road to follow the islands in the sea like a snake. It takes you on a unique journey close to the powerful Atlantic Ocean. This National Tourist Route opened in 1989, and is considered the most beautiful road trip in the world by some, thanks to the combination of modern engineering and spectacular natural surroundings. The Atlantic Road is 36 Km in length and is located between the towns of Molde and Kristiansund. http://www.fjordnorway.com/top-attractions/the-atlantic-road
