Atlantic Road and Trollstigen

From the wild ocean in the west to the mountains in the east, nature’s forces stretch across the landscape. The Atlantic Road dances over the waves while Trollstigen majestically climbs towards the sky. Two national scenic routes, two completely different experiences.

Kristiansund, Molde, and Åndalsnes

Between the sound of waterfalls and the ocean breeze, the cities lie like pearls on a string. In Kristiansund, traditional clipfish culture meets modern café life. Molde balances jazz and roses, while Åndalsnes has embraced its role as the capital of mountains.

Majestic mountains and hidden gems

The northwest is a playground for nature lovers. Here, you can hike iconic trails like Romsdalseggen and the Midsund stairs, explore Norway’s most beautiful mountain valley, Innerdalen, or visit charming fishing villages like Veiholmen and Bud. From roaring waterfalls like Mardalsfossen to dramatic landscapes along Aursjøvegen – experiences here will help you reconnect, engage your senses, and return home with memories that last a lifetime.
